Our 3 oz. Ashwagandha Powder is one of the most commonly used adaptogens in Ayurveda. It helps reduce the effects of stress and tonifies the immune system.

Instructions: Add 1/2 teaspoon to tea, coffee, smoothies or any food or beverage of choice 1 – 2 times per day.

Ingredients:  Organic Withania somnifera (ashwagandha root)

Golden Milk or Turmeric Latte: Brew our Turmeric Chai tea as directed. After straining, add 1 – 2 tablespoons of Tocos.  You can also add milk or a milk substitute of your choice (nut, coconut or rice), Coconut Milk Powder, Ashwagandha and a teaspoon of ghee or coconut oil. Serve warm.

Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing.
