A women’s herb, red raspberry has been used traditionally for reproductive health and to tone the uterus. It is full of nutrients and is great for all stages of women’s health from adolescence through pregnancy and menopause.


Brewing Instructions: 1 – 2 tablespoons per 8 ounces of water. Heat water to just boiling and steep for 10 – 20 minutes. Add honey or other sweetener if desired.

Sip at least 1 cup daily for an easier and healthier menstrual cycle. Enjoy this tea hot or cold.

For heavy periods with or without cramps, drink an infusion using 1 ounce of red raspberry in 1 quart of water the first two days of your period.
